Based at the tip of the Roka River we are creating a space to experience the elegant, quiet and stuning features of the nature in northern Sweden.

In the winter of 2027 we welcome guests to our premises, hidden in the arctic forrest. Seven elegant mini houses spread out on 10 acres awaits you. Each and every one equipped with double fireplaces, inside and out, a private sauna and a cosy living space. Perfect for two or a small family.

Based a short walk from your mini house you will find our lodge. There friendly company, a warm meal and big fluffy sofas awaits. Play a board game and relax. Catch up with friends after an exiting day experiencing our surrounding.
